Canal Lake is located south of Potholes Reservoir in a large cluster of lakes known as the Seep Lakes Area. This lake was rehabilitated in 2010 to eradicate nuisance fish and restore the trout fishery. Since the rehabilitation angler catch rates have been good. Canal Lake is best fished from a boat.
