Harts Lake is open year-round and offers good harvest opportunity for stocked rainbow trout. The lake also supports naturally reproducing populations of largemouth bass, yellow perch, black crappie, brown bullhead catfish, bluegill sunfish, and pumpkinseed sunfish.
A WDFW access on the northeast shore has a boat ramp and toilets, with some bank access also available.
Two-pole fishing is allowed
Shoreline access: Good - Public shore access is limited to the WDFW access area. There is about 150' of accessible shoreline.
