Anglers fishing off Ilwaco can keep up to two
chinook, retain both hatchery and wild coho

Action: In Marine Area 1 the daily limit will change to allow retention of wild coho and up to two chinook in the two salmon daily limit.

Effective date: Immediately

Species affected: Coho and chinook salmon

Location: Marine Area 1 (Ilwaco).

Reason for action: Enough quota remains in Area 1 ocean sport sub-area coho quota to allow wild coho retention as part of the daily limit in Area 1 and enough quota remains in the overall ocean chinook quota to allow two chinook in the two salmon daily limit.
