Changes to ocean salmon season

Action: Anglers can keep up to 2 chinook as part of their 2 salmon daily limit in Marine Area 1.

Effective date: 12:01 a.m. Aug. 27 through Sept. 30, 2012

Species affected: Chinook salmon.

Location: Marine Area 1

Reason for action: Sufficient quota and guideline remain in ocean areas to allow expanded salmon angling opportunity.
