Daily limit to increase in Marine Areas 1, 2, 3, and 4 to two Chinook per day


Action: The daily salmon limit in Catch Record Areas 1, 2, 3 and 4 will increase to two Chinook per day.

Effective dates: Beginning June 21, 2008

Species affected: Chinook salmon.

Location: Catch Record Areas 1, 2, 3 and 4 from the mouth of the Columbia River to the Sekiu River.

Reasons for action: Sufficient Chinook remain on the quotas to allow liberalization to 2 Chinook per day.

Other Information: All other regulations remain unchanged.
