Action: Opens Langlois Lake to fishing from one hour before official sunrise to one hour after official sunset on April 20, 2019 for anglers registered in the Project Healing Waters (PHW) fishing event.
Effective date: April 20, 2019.
Species affected: All game fish.
Location: Langlois Lake, King County.
Reason for action: This is a one-day PHW event hosted by the Bellevue/Issaquah chapter of Trout Unlimited and the North Bend chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Project Healing Waters is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fishing.
Additional information: Fish will be stocked three to four days prior to the event to acclimate them before fishing commences. On the day of the event, pre-registered PHW veterans will be permitted to fish throughout the lake from boats captained by Trout Unlimited volunteers.
