Rules west of Bonilla-Tatoosh line:
- June 22 through July 31: Daily limit 2 including no more than 1 Chinook. Chinook min. size 24”. Coho min. size 16”. Other salmon species no min. size. Release wild coho.
- Aug. 1 through Sept. 15: Daily limit 2 including no more than 1 Chinook. Chinook min. size 24”. Coho min. size 16”. Other salmon species no min. size. Release chum and wild coho.
Rules east of Bonilla-Tatoosh line:
- June 22 through July 31: Daily limit 2 including no more than 1 Chinook. Chinook min. size 24”. Coho min. size 16”. Other salmon species no min. size. Release wild coho.
Waters east of a north-south line through Sail Rock are closed.
Kydaka Point Area is closed to salmon fishing. (Waters south of a line from Kydaka Point westerly approx. 4 mi. to Shipwreck Point.)

Kydaka Point Area is closed to salmon fishing. (Waters south of a line from Kydaka Point westerly approx. 4 mi. to Shipwreck Point.)
Additional information: The catch quotas for recreational fisheries North of Cape Falcon in 2024 are 41,000 Chinook and 79,800 marked coho, with an Area 4 Chinook guideline of 9,430 and Area 4 coho quota of 8,300.
Marine Area 1 is scheduled to close September 30, Marine Areas 2 through 4 are scheduled to close September 15, but areas could close earlier if quotas are met.
