Sport oyster season modified at Hope Island state park

Action: The 2004 sport oyster season at Hope Island State Park, originally year-round, has been changed to April 1 through May 31.

Effective date: April 1 through May 31, 2004.

Species affected: Oysters.

Location: Hope Island State Park.

Reason for action: The 2004 oyster season at Hope Island State Park has been modified so that it coincides with the proposed 2004 clam season there, improving enforcement.
