Tokul Creek to open early from Fish Hatchery Road Bridge to boundary marker to all fishing

Action:  Opens gamefish seasons.

Effective date:  Dec. 28, 2022 through Jan. 14, 2023

Species affected:  Trout, steelhead, and other gamefish

Location:  Tokul Creek, from Fish Hatchery Road Bridge to boundary marker downstream of diversion dam

Rules:  Gamefish open, statewide min. size/daily limit, except:  Cutthroat trout and wild rainbow trout, min. size 14”. Anti-snagging Rule in effect. Closed daily from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Reason for action:  Tokul Creek hatchery has achieved adequate early winter steelhead brood stock on hand to meet egg take goals.
