A. Proposed Land Transactions - Decision:
The Commission considered approval of various land transactions presented by Dan Budd, Real Estate Section Manager, Wildlife Program for the protection of critical fish and wildlife habitat, enhancement of public recreation opportunities and responsible property management:

Proposed acquisition of 165.65 acres in Okanogan County
Chair Wecker moved, seconded by Commissioner Perry to approve the purchase of the proposed acquisition of 165.65 acres in Okanogan County. The motion carried unanimously. Commissioner Kehne abstained from voting.
B. Minutes for Approval - Decision:
The Commission discussed formatting and considered approval of the December, January & February meeting minutes.
Chair Wecker moved, seconded by Commissioner Carpenter to approve the minutes from the December 2-3, 2011, January 6-7, 2012 and February 3-4, 2012 meetings. The motion carried unanimously.
C. General Discussion:
Commissioners and the Director discussed the following items of interest:
- NOAA Cooperative Enforcement
- Legislature update from Joe Stohr
Vice Chair Douvia adjourned the meeting at 9:48 am.
