Staff will review the matrix of concurrency between state policies and consequences of non-concurrence and outline the WDFW 5-year performance review and discuss possible concurrent regulations for 2019.

The Willapa Bay Salmon Management Policy (C-3622) directs agency staff to conduct a comprehensive review of the implementation and performance of the policy at the conclusion of Phase 1 (e.g. 2019). Staff will brief the commission on the proposed process and seek commissioner's feedback.
