Summary of proposed rule

The department is seeking to amend rules in WAC chapter 220-440.

Scope and rationale for proposed rule

The department may amend rules in WAC chapter 220-440 that will help clarify and improve administration of livestock and crop damage claims. This a separate rule making project from the Expedited Crop Damage Rule Making filed under WSR 24-16-038 on July 29, 2024.
